We recently had the pleasure of visiting Forge Valley Roasters’ “The Kitchen” at Wykeham for a delightful lunch experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great food and excellent coffee are at the heart of everything they do.
It was such a treat to see our New Sheepfold Farm lamb showcased on their menu, making an appearance in a delicious chilli for lunch, and our RBST Soay hogget featured on the evening menu. There is nothing quite like seeing your produce celebrated in such a thoughtful way!
Working alongside Chris, Tash, and the entire Forge Valley Roasters team has been an absolute pleasure. Their passion for quality and local produce aligns perfectly with ours, and this collaboration is something we’re really proud of.
